The room was neat and with luggage storage and heavy curtains at your disposal, magnificent view. The decor was nice, the beds were comfortable. All the services were very good.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast generous, the location central, and the price right.
Note that rooms on the 4th floor are accessed by a very narrow staircase. The elevator stops on the 3rd floor.

I liked it's close proximity to the centre for sightseeing and museums. Amsterdam is a great place to walk around in and the hotel is good for that. It was also quieter than expected because it was set back from the street. Front desk staff were very helpful.
The bed was too soft but that is my personal preference

Noise from the street was disruptive!!! The air conditioning was ineffective during warmer days!!! The cramped bathroom design felt impractical!!! Consider improving room cleaning frequency and addressing low water pressure issues!!!

Early check-in, generally good service. The rooms with basic facilities, a shower, for example. Location close enough to many Amsterdam attractions, most areas of interest, and the central Amsterdam.

Great for a group of friends
Location is top notch seriously you're just a few steps away from everything you wanna see. The beds were so comfy after a long day of walking wrapped up like babies
A bit pricey for what you get but in the end acceptable.
